6. Many elderly people are afraid that new mothers will catch a cold, so they make the mothers wear more clothes and pants, and ask them to wear long clothes and long pants and close windows and doors even in summer. This is unscientific. If you choose long clothes and pants, you should choose light and thin fabrics. After giving birth, you will sweat a lot, so you should change clothes frequently.
