A small amount of brown blood a few days before menstruation

It is normal for women to have menstrual bleeding once a month, and the color of the blood is dark red. However, some people may experience a small amount of brown blood discharge a few days before menstruation. This situation has two reasons, one is pathological and the other is physiological. If it is physiological, it may be related to personal emotions, etc., and no special treatment is needed. If it is pathological, it should be actively treated.

There are two types of non-menstrual vaginal bleeding: physiological and pathological. Generally speaking, some women will experience ovulation bleeding during their ovulation period, also known as mid-menstrual bleeding, which refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is needed. If the bleeding is heavy or affects fertility, medication can be used for treatment. However, if you have irregular vaginal bleeding, you should also consider the possibility of the following diseases: cervical polyps. Acute vaginitis. Severe cervical erosion. Cervical cancer. Submucous uterine fibroids, etc. In addition, sometimes due to the placement of an intrauterine contraceptive ring, there may be some blood mixed in the leucorrhea.

Considering that it is caused by cervicitis or vaginitis , it is recommended to go to the hospital for routine leucorrhea examination and colposcopy examination. It is better to treat the symptoms after clarifying the cause.

If there are no other abnormal conditions, you can continue to observe. It will not have much impact and you don't need to worry too much. If the condition worsens, it may be vaginitis, cervicitis, genital lesions, pelvic inflammatory disease, cervical erosion, etc.

It is recommended that you go to a regular hospital for examination in time , take appropriate measures under the guidance of a doctor, identify the cause of the disease, and treat it symptomatically. Do not take medicine blindly to avoid delaying the disease.

During menstruation, you should pay attention to arranging your work and rest time reasonably, avoid strenuous exercise and physical labor, and combine work and rest. Otherwise, the pelvic cavity will become further congested, blood flow will accelerate, and excessive menstrual bleeding and other adverse phenomena will occur. Appropriately increase nutrition, such as protein, vitamins, iron, calcium, etc. During menstruation, eat more eggs, lean meat, fish, soy products, fresh vegetables and fruits.
