5. Apply lotion to the front end of the irrigation tube

7. Insert the enema tube and open the water stop valve

8. Lie upright and massage the left side of your abdomen for about 3 to 5 minutes

9. After the enema, supplement with vegetable and fruit juice, minerals and probiotics

10: Cleaning equipment
