What is the good diet for vitiligo?

Vitiligo, also known as leukoplakia and vitiligo, is a skin disease. Most patients have no subjective symptoms. A small number of patients experience local itching in the affected area before or during the onset of the disease. Because the characteristics are too obvious, it is inevitable to be discriminated against in life. In addition to medical treatment, patients can also speed up improvement of their condition through diet.

Vitiligo patients have many dietary taboos. When eating fruits, they should be careful not to eat fruits with high VC content, such as: tomatoes, grapefruit, lemons, fresh dates, cherries, kiwis, hawthorns, etc. It is recommended that you go to a regular specialist hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time. Even if it is systemic vitiligo, satisfactory results can be achieved with the joint cooperation of doctors and patients.

Strengthen daily protection, eat less spicy food such as wine, pepper, raw garlic, mutton, fish, shrimp and other seafood, and eat less fruits rich in vitamin C such as oranges, oranges, grapefruits, kiwis, tomatoes, hawthorns, bayberries, etc. Eat more peanuts, black sesame, black beans, walnuts, soy products and animal livers, which are good for the condition.

Black fungus, kelp, sea cucumber, celery, eggplant, toon, walnut kernel, turtle, amaranth, leek, hair algae, black rice, and elm leaves all have the effect of preventing and treating vitiligo and can be eaten frequently.
