What causes lumps in acne?

Most patients are young people, and the disease often occurs on the face, upper chest and back. Blackheads can be diagnosed, but it must be differentiated from the following diseases:

1. Acne-like drug eruption caused by bromine and iodine has a history of medication, without typical blackheads, and the rash is systemic, with no age limit for onset.

2. Occupational acne Workers who come into contact with compounds such as coke, machine oil, petroleum, paraffin, and chloronaphthalene may develop acne-like rashes, which are usually occupationally related. People who work at the same time often suffer from the same lesions, which are often dense and often occur in contact areas such as the back of the hands, forearms, elbows, etc.

3. Rosacea is more common in middle-aged people. The rash only occurs on the face, mostly in the central part, and is often accompanied by capillary vasodilation.

4. Lesions of disseminated miliary lupus faciens are mostly dark red or brownish yellow papules and nodules. The lesions are arranged in a dam-like pattern at the lower edge of the eyelid. Slide compression examination may reveal applesauce-colored changes, and the lesions are not consistent with the hair follicles.
