Some people's migraine may be caused by nerve compression. No matter what the cause is, headache is a more serious disease. So, what medicine is more effective for migraine?

Migraine is a disease caused by paroxysmal neurovascular dysfunction, characterized by recurrent unilateral or bilateral headaches. There are three types of Western medical treatments:

1. Treatment during an attack: For mild migraine, give acetylsalicylic acid drugs. Such as painkillers, indomethacin, etc.

2. Severe migraine: Take ergotamine caffeine orally in the early stage of the attack. You can take another dose half an hour later. If ergotamine is ineffective, 6 mg of Yingminger can be injected subcutaneously. Pregnant women and those with severe cardiovascular, liver, or kidney disease are contraindicated.

3. Preventive treatment: Oral administration of 10 mg of oryzanol, 3 times a day, or oral administration of 0.25 g of mefenamic acid, 3 times a day (double the dosage for the first time).

2. Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment: 1. Yuanhu painkiller tablets, take four to six tablets each time, three times a day. It has the functions of regulating qi, promoting blood circulation, and relieving pain, or effectively relieves pain. Use with caution in pregnant women. 2. Naoliqing is used for patients with migraine accompanied by dizziness, tinnitus, bitter taste in the mouth, restlessness and insomnia. 3. Xiongju Shangqing Pills are used for patients with migraine accompanied by fear of wind, fever, nasal congestion and toothache.

4. Qingxuan Pills, used for patients with migraine symptoms of dizziness and vertigo; 5. Huanglian Shangqing Pills, used for patients with migraine accompanied by dizziness, headache, swollen and painful gums, mouth and tongue ulcers, red and swollen throat, earache and tinnitus, dry stool, and yellow urine.
