Can women with hepatitis B get pregnant?

We all know that the hepatitis B virus is a relatively serious virus. Because the hepatitis B virus is hereditary, many people with hepatitis B will pass it on to the next generation. The disease is also contagious. The condition of hepatitis B patients is divided into many types. The condition of big three positive is the most serious condition of patients. So, can women with big three positive get pregnant?

1. If it is big three Yang, hepatitis B virus DNA is positive, it is best not to prepare for pregnancy.

The viral load of hepatitis B is high. Firstly, there is a high possibility of transmitting the virus to the baby at this time. Secondly, if you force yourself to get pregnant, your liver may not be able to bear the hardship of ten months of pregnancy, which may easily lead to complications during pregnancy.

It is recommended that patients with Hepatitis B virus (HBV) should undergo antiviral treatment first, and then prepare for pregnancy when the virus activity decreases and liver function returns to normal.

2. Acute hepatitis B is not suitable for pregnancy. The reason is similar to that of triple positive. Choosing to get pregnant during the active period of the virus is not good for both adults and fetuses.

3. Pregnancy is not recommended for women with liver fibrosis or cirrhosis. As the liver function is damaged and the liver's coagulation and hematopoietic functions are poor, the mother is very likely to experience heavy bleeding during delivery.

4. If you have had a history of pregnancy but were forced to give up the pregnancy due to liver problems, it is not recommended to get pregnant again, because there is a high possibility that the same problem will occur again, and the problem may occur earlier.

5. It is not recommended for people infected with hepatitis B virus or who have had multiple caesarean sections to become pregnant.

6. For those with normal liver function but who have been taking medication recently, it is recommended to postpone pregnancy for half a year after stopping medication, otherwise it may cause fetal malformation.
