According to the thin layer chromatography test, 4 μl of each of the above two solutions were taken and spotted on the same silica gel G thin layer plate, and the upper layer solution of petroleum ether (60-90°C)-ethyl formate-formic acid (15:5:1) was used as the developing agent.
