Pain under inner knee

Pain under inner knee

My knee joints hurt when it's cloudy or rainy, and there's also pain when I press them. It is considered to be inflammation caused by excessive exercise or rheumatism. It is recommended to pay attention to the way you walk, rest more, avoid standing and exercising for long periods of time, pay attention to the nutrition of your diet, control your weight, and keep a happy mood. You can also apply hot compress or acupuncture treatment. If the condition is serious, go to the hospital for symptomatic treatment under the guidance of a doctor and pay more attention to rest.

Pain on the inner side below the knee may also be caused by degenerative changes in the knee joint, which is a common chronic, progressive joint disease in clinical practice. The main clinical manifestations are swelling, pain, and stiffness of the knee joint, difficulty walking, difficulty going up and down stairs, difficulty squatting after standing, and inability to stand up after squatting. The pain worsens with more activity and eases with rest. It is recommended to use acupuncture, physical therapy, hot compress, plaster, etc. in combination with drug treatment. If there is a large amount of joint effusion, the fluid needs to be drained out and drugs such as sodium hyaluronate need to be injected into the joint cavity for treatment.

You can use knee pads for protection at ordinary times, pay attention to the correct walking and working posture, and avoid prolonged and strenuous activities. Control your weight.

It may also be patellar tendinitis caused by excessive or improper exercise, also known as patellar tendon end disease. The main symptom is pain when squatting and jumping, and walking on flat ground is not affected. Physical examination may reveal deep tenderness below the patella, which is pain just below the knee.

According to the clinical manifestations of chronic patellar tendonitis, it is generally divided into four stages: pain after exercise; pain occurs at the beginning of exercise, the pain disappears during exercise, and fatigue and pain occur after exercise; pain occurs during exercise and at other times; patellar tendon tear. Ultrasound and MRI are recommended to aid in diagnosis; ultrasound can both detect patellar tendinitis and determine its extent. Go to the hospital as soon as possible for relevant examinations to confirm the diagnosis. Non-surgical treatment: Non-surgical treatment for chronic patellar tendonitis includes reducing activity, rest, physical therapy and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics. Local hormone injections should not be performed to avoid increased patellar tendon fragility and patellar tendon tear. Traditional treatments include hot compresses and rest, avoiding strenuous exercise that puts pressure on the knee. The average time to full return to sports was 4 months.

If the aseptic inflammation is caused by friction inside the knee joint or other factors such as meniscus, the patient may experience joint contracture, instability, obvious joint swelling accompanied by effusion, and persistent joint pain. If effective treatment is not performed in time, the joint will gradually ossify and calcify, and eventually lose its normal function. What you need is to know how to exercise step by step, not what fitness method can help you achieve your goals.
