In addition to walking, running, gymnastics and other exercises, you can do levator anus exercises, that is, keep your knees and chest against the bed, raise your buttocks, retract your anus and then relax it. Repeat this 30 to 50 times a day. You can either lie on your back and retract the anus, or stand or sit and inhale deeply, retract the anus, and then exhale deeply and relax the anus. The latter can also be done during breaks in work during the day. 5.
