The dangers of laser drilling

Nowadays, with the proliferation of electronic products, many children have become nearsighted at a young age and have to wear thick glasses. Myopia is really distressing and will affect daily life. When eating hot food, a layer of white fog will form on the lenses. Later, laser treatment of myopia became popular. After laser treatment, you are no longer nearsighted and don’t need to wear glasses anymore. So what are the dangers of laser eye drilling?

There are currently two methods of laser treatment for myopia:

1. Excimer laser keratography (PRK), mainly used to treat mild myopia, has good effects;

2. Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) is suitable for high, medium and low myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism. It has the advantages of fast recovery, no pain and no need for hospitalization. Anyone aged 18 to 50, with myopia of 100 to 2000 degrees, hyperopia below 1000 degrees, astigmatism below 800 degrees, stable refractive power and no acute or chronic eye diseases can receive laser treatment.
