First, soak 12 grams of selfheal and 10 grams of mulberry leaves in water for half an hour, then boil for half an hour, and finally add 10 grams of chrysanthemum and boil for a few minutes. Drink it as tea while it is hot. It also has the effect of removing heat. 4. Sit quietly for 10 minutes after a meal. It is best for us to sit quietly for 10 to 30 minutes after a meal. This is because if you walk or exercise immediately after a meal, the blood flowing into the liver will be reduced.
