Diet therapy for glaucoma: Glaucoma patients should eat more light foods, avoid high-fat, high-sugar foods, eat less irritating foods such as chili peppers, and do not eat fried foods that make people thirsty.

3. Eat more crude fiber foods

Glaucoma patients should increase their intake of foods rich in crude fiber and eat more foods rich in vitamins A, B, C, and E, such as fresh vegetables and fruits, appropriate amounts of pork liver, fish, meat, coarse grains, vegetable oils, etc.; eating more wolfberry, peanuts, walnuts, soy milk and other foods that nourish the liver and kidneys is also a common dietary therapy for glaucoma.

Glaucoma patients should have a regular diet, avoid overeating, and eat slowly. This is beneficial for stabilizing the blood vessels, nerves, and endocrine systems, helps with the recovery of glaucoma, and is one of the dietary therapies for glaucoma.
