What causes sha?

Sha may be caused by insufficient lung qi or blocked meridians. It is also possible that it is caused by being in a hot and humid environment for a long time.

1. Insufficient lung qi: Sand-forming disease is called sha disease in traditional Chinese medicine. It may be caused by insufficient lung qi in the human body. When the lung qi is insufficient, it may lead to weakened function of defending the body from external pathogens, which will cause sha-forming disease.

2. Meridian blockage: When the meridians of the human body are blocked, it may cause damp heat and blood stasis to accumulate on the surface of the skin and cause skin lesions. This is also due to the body's insufficient heat dissipation ability, which may manifest as increased body temperature, cessation of sweating, loose muscles, dry and hot skin. In severe cases, it can cause rapid pulse collapse or even coma.

3. High temperature and humid environment: Being in a high temperature and humid environment for a long time will cause the body's heat and moisture to evaporate, and may also cause sha in the body. When the symptoms are mild, it may cause dizziness, flushed face, thirst, burning skin and other symptoms. When the symptoms are severe, it may cause pale face, cold limbs, and low blood pressure. If not treated in time, it may be life-threatening.

You should pay attention to participating in proper physical exercise to strengthen your physical fitness, which can also promote blood circulation in the body and effectively improve or avoid symptoms such as sha. Symptoms can also be improved through scraping, which can have the effect of expelling toxins and unblocking the blockages.
