Where is the best place for pharyngitis massage?

We all know that Chinese medicine massage has certain therapeutic effects. Even if it is not used to treat diseases, it is very good for relieving physical fatigue. What's more, for some friends who often feel cervical pain and lumbar pain, proper massage is more effective than medication. So for patients with pharyngitis, can they also be treated through massage?

The acupoints for treating pharyngitis are mainly located on the lung meridian (such as Shaoshang, Yuji, Lieque) and the kidney meridian (such as Zhaohai); in addition, Hegu point on the large intestine meridian and Tiantu point on the Ren meridian are also important acupoints for treating pharyngitis.

The specific operation method of acupoint massage is: press the tip of the thumb (or index finger, middle finger) on the acupoint, and rub and press with the fingers in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Press and knead each acupoint 100-200 times, applying a certain amount of force with your fingers.

It is best to massage twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, and persist in doing so.
