Left chest bloating

Left chest bloating

We actually encounter bloating every day. Many times, if our stomach is uncomfortable, we will get bloating if we eat a little more. Even many of our friends are prone to bloating when drinking, especially beer. But do you know that if we have bloating in the left chest, it may be caused by some chest disease.

Friends who have a stuffy and bloating feeling in the chest should never ignore it, because many diseases can also cause this symptom, such as the common pleurisy and pneumothorax, or some cardiovascular diseases, myocardial infarction, heart disease, etc. may cause these symptoms.

Pleural diseases, such as pleurisy, pneumothorax, lung infection, pulmonary infarction, lung tumor, esophageal disease, mediastinal tumor, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, etc. The chest pain caused by these diseases is related to breathing and coughing. Chest pain worsens with deep breathing and coughing, often accompanied by difficulty breathing. Chest pain is localized to the side of the lesion.

Cardiovascular diseases are represented by angina pectoris and myocardial infarction, followed by pericarditis. This type of chest pain often manifests as compressive, stuffy, or even tearing pain in the precordial area and behind the sternum. It often radiates to the left shoulder, neck and inner side of the left arm, and is accompanied by shock symptoms in severe cases.

Chest wall diseases, including chest wall contusion, rib fracture, costochondritis, intercostal neuritis, dermatitis, myositis, intermuscular neuralgia, herpes zoster, esophagitis, etc. can all cause chest pain. Herpes zoster causes severe chest pain that runs along the ribs, and dense small blisters appear on the skin after 1-2 days. Organ diseases, such as subphrenic abscess, acute cholecystitis, acute pancreatitis, etc.

Chest trauma, common in rib fractures, has a history of chest trauma, and chest pain worsens with breathing or coughing.

Therefore, in addition to your busy work and life, if you often experience symptoms such as dizziness, forgetfulness, decreased physical strength, restless sleep, chest tightness and shortness of breath, you must pay attention to your blood lipid status. Doctors recommend that middle-aged and elderly people should have their blood lipids checked every six months or a year so that they can understand and adjust their health status at any time.
