It is not just used when you have semen loss. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the body's body fluids, essence and blood have the same origin. Oysters can nourish bones and kidney yin and reduce sweating on the head, while dragon bones can consolidate kidney yang. Therefore, people with severe night sweats can be cured by using Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction.

Generally speaking, people with lung qi deficiency should eat foods that have the effect of replenishing lung qi; people with lung yin deficiency should eat foods that have the effect of nourishing yin and moistening the lungs. Long-term lung deficiency can often affect the spleen and kidneys, so you should eat foods that have the effect of nourishing the spleen and replenishing qi and nourishing the kidneys and absorbing qi.

1. Peanuts

Peanuts are mild in nature and sweet in taste. "Illustrated Southern Yunnan Materia Medica" states that peanuts can nourish the middle and replenish qi. 3. Rock sugar

Rock sugar is sweet and neutral in nature. It enters the lung and spleen meridians. It has the effects of tonifying the middle and replenishing qi, harmonizing the stomach and moistening the lungs. Rock sugar nourishes yin and produces body fluid, moistens the lungs and relieves cough. It has a good auxiliary therapeutic effect on dry cough, dry cough without sputum, and sputum with blood. It is used for cough and asthma caused by dry lung, lung deficiency, wind-cold and fatigue, malaria in children, lockjaw dysentery, mouth ulcers, and toothache caused by wind and fire.

4. Persimmon

Persimmon, known as the "magic fruit", can moisten the lungs, relieve cough, and resolve phlegm and soften hard masses. In particular, eating raw persimmons can help improve symptoms such as long-term cough due to lung deficiency, cough with sputum, and cough with blood. As for the red, soft and ripe persimmons, they can relieve discomfort such as dryness, itching, thirst, and heat in the heart.

5. Pig lungs

It is generally used for qi deficiency and yin deficiency, long-term cough due to lung deficiency, dry throat and thirst, and deficiency heat and fatigue. The single dosage is generally 3 to 6 g, which is decocted separately. Suitable for students and office workers with poor sleep quality, memory loss, Alzheimer's disease, and low learning or work efficiency.
