Vaseline or other oils can be applied to parts that are prone to frostbite. You can also take appropriate amounts of Chinese medicine such as Panax notoginseng, safflower, red peony root, and Millettia reticulata, decoct them in water to obtain the liquid, and scrub the area to prevent frostbite.
