How to relieve appendicitis

How to relieve appendicitis

I don’t know if you have ever experienced appendicitis. As one of the most common abdominal surgical diseases, appendicitis has a high incidence rate in humans. Chronic appendicitis does not have a great impact on the human body, but acute appendicitis can cause stomach pain, and even nausea, vomiting, fever, etc. Therefore, many people cannot stand the pain caused by acute appendicitis. So how should the pain caused by acute appendicitis be relieved?

The first thing to do is to determine whether you have appendicitis. The pain is usually located at the lower right side of the belly button (it hurts when pressed), and is accompanied by vomiting and a low fever (around 37.3), and if the pain persists over time, it is most likely appendicitis.

If it is acute appendicitis (severe pain), the best solution is to go to the hospital as soon as possible for direct surgery to remove the appendix. Generally, injecting water and taking medicine will not solve the problem. If you delay for too long, the problem will become more serious.

Ordinary chronic appendicitis can cause vomiting when eating or drinking, so you should stop eating and drinking. You can go to a small clinic to confirm and receive an intravenous anti-inflammatory injection. Generally, the problem can be solved in three days, and seven days is the normal course of treatment.

If you still feel pain after seven days, go to the hospital to have your appendix removed. This is the fastest way to achieve the desired effect and will prevent the pain from recurring over time.

In order to slow down the onset of chronic appendicitis, you should stop drinking cold drinks and eating spicy and greasy foods in your daily life. You should pay attention to keeping your abdomen warm, otherwise it will easily relapse quickly.

In addition to drinking more hot water and eating hot porridge, you should also pay attention to your work and rest habits. This will reduce the burden on the stomach and intestines and allow them time to rest and adjust, which can delay the onset of the disease. Of course, that day will eventually come, and surgical removal will ultimately be required.
