Symptoms and treatment of meridian blockage

Symptoms and treatment of meridian blockage

If the auditory canals in the body are blocked, various symptoms will occur. Some people suffer from back pain, which is the main manifestation of meridian blockage. Therefore, we need proper physical exercise in our daily life, but don’t be too hasty. When you first start exercising, you can start with small weights and then perform high-intensity training to give your body time to accept it. So, what are the symptoms and treatments of meridian blockage?

1. Pain and pain

We usually think that pain and ache are the same feeling, but in fact, there is a difference between the two. "The initial disease is in the meridians" and "long-term disease and pain are in the collaterals". Pain is the initial manifestation of meridian blockage, and further development will become pain.

We can distinguish between pain and ache in this way. When you are pricked by a needle or a thorn, the immediate feeling is "pain", while when you press the local area, or the injured area, the feeling is "pain". Pain means blockage. In other words, when you feel pain anywhere when massaging, it means that the meridians are blocked and you should continue massaging. If the area is slightly larger, you can use scraping, and the meridians can be unclogged slowly.

2. Cold and hot

Coldness is a very common symptom. For example, many people have cold hands and feet, which may also mean that the meridians are blocked. Our body temperature is determined by the transport of Qi and blood. When the meridians are unobstructed, Qi and blood flow smoothly and abundantly, and the body temperature is normal. Otherwise, the meridians are blocked. Some people may experience a phenomenon where one half of their body feels cold, one half has normal body temperature, and the other half feels chilly. This may be due to blocked meridians.

Abnormal fever may also be a sign of meridian blockage. When a part of the body has a low fever, dryness, or abnormal sweating, such as sweating on one side of the body but not the other, it is likely that the meridians are blocked, preventing heat from being transported and accumulating locally. In addition, when Qi and blood circulate in the body and flow to blocked meridians, they will choose to circulate in nearby meridians, which will also affect the fever of the meridians. For example, low fever in the head may not necessarily be a problem with the bladder meridian, but may also be caused by blocked meridians in other meridians.

3. Hemp and Wood

Numbness, like pain, often occurs together, but there are actually differences between them. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "numbness indicates qi deficiency, and numbness indicates blood deficiency". If the numbness feels severe, it means qi deficiency, and if the numbness feels severe, it means blood deficiency. When there is local numbness, special attention should be paid, especially for patients with hypertension. You should quickly find ways to unclog the meridians and prevent stroke.

4. Swelling and bloating

Usually local swelling is caused by blood stasis, that is, poor blood circulation, blood stasis, or poor blood flow, obstructed blood circulation, and blood stagnation in the meridians or organs. It can be treated with scraping, cupping and other methods to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.

Bloating is generally caused by stagnation of qi. The flow of qi in the meridians is blocked, forming "vortex qi", which makes the body feel bloated in a certain part. You can massage along the meridians in this part, find the painful points and massage again, which will gradually improve the condition.

5. Acid

If there is a sore spot somewhere on the body, it may be caused by blocked meridians in that area, resulting in reduced supply of Qi and blood. For example, after strenuous exercise, the body may feel sore and weak, because during strenuous exercise, the body needs more Qi and blood. When the supply limit is exceeded, it is easy to feel sore and weak. This can be improved by massaging or patting this area.

6. Hard

Healthy muscles in the human body should be soft and have a certain degree of elasticity. Local muscle hardening and increased muscle tension are also manifestations of meridian blockage. For example, if there are lumps in the stomach-related parts, it means stomach disease; if there are lumps in the intestine-related parts, it means intestinal disease; if the muscles throughout the body become hard, the muscle elasticity decreases, and the ability to stretch is lost, you will feel weak and powerless.
