Many people like to take Chinese medicine to slowly regulate their bodies, because medicine has less side effects on the body than Chinese herbal medicines. And Chinese herbal medicines can also have the same effect as drugs in treating physical diseases. Some women have symptoms such as excessive coldness in the body. If a woman's body is too cold, it will not only affect her menstrual period, but also her ability to get pregnant. Therefore, taking Chinese medicine to expel cold is a very good choice. So what are the symptoms of taking Chinese medicine to expel disease? Different ways to expel evil Because the location where dampness enters the body is different, the characteristics are different, and the symptoms caused are different. What's more, the physical constitution of different bodies is also different, so the ways to expel dampness are different. Referring to Mr. Wang Zhenglong's opinions and combining his own clinical observations, generally speaking, evil spirits can be expelled in the following ways. 1. End of limbs: The hands and feet are the extremities of the whole body, and are also the areas where dampness is most easily expelled. Generally speaking, the return path of dampness is also the direction of its development. Most of the dampness invades the body and internal organs through the limbs, from the skin surface. When expelling evil, it will be expelled almost along the opposite path. From my clinical observation, the evil qi that invades the body is often discharged from the body through the eight evil, ten Xuan, eight wind, qiduan, laogong, yongquan and other acupuncture points of the hands and feet in the form of cold air (wind), spontaneous sweating (cold), and sticky sweat (dampness). When expelling disease, pain may migrate to the meridians. When the pain moves, the areas where the evil qi passes through are often accompanied by feelings of pain, soreness, swelling, numbness, and itching. 2. Skin: After the Qi and blood are activated, the body adjusts itself and the cool air is discharged from the body through the skin. When the skin expel cold, cold sweat breaks out all over the body. When the skin expel moisture, profuse sweat, even sticky sweat, occurs. Some people's sweat is sticky like glue or unsalted butter, dark in color, smelly, and extremely sticky. If you sweat a lot, you should wipe it with a dry cotton towel immediately to prevent it from being exposed to wind and never wash it with cold water. Some people also develop rashes, which is also the result of toxins in the liver and other waste products of the body being excreted. This type of reaction is common in people with allergic constitution. My feeling is that based on the location where the small papules appear, the meridians for expelling evil can be calculated. For example, if a rash appears at the Yongquan point on the sole of the foot, it means that the toxins of the Shaoyin meridian are coming out. If it is on the back of the foot, it means that the toxins of the Yangming meridian are being expelled. The same is true for other locations. 3. In urine: Patients with drinking disease suffer from edema in their body. Once the Ren meridian is unblocked, the water will be discharged through the toilet. Once the water is discharged, the edema will subside. Summer heat is also excreted through urine. For those with summer heat, the urine is extremely yellow in color and there is a stinging pain in the urethra when urinating. The stinging pain in the urethra subsides after urinating. At this time, you should drink more warm water to help the body detoxify. 4. Digestive system: Many patients will experience constipation or diarrhea after taking the medicine, go to the bathroom several times a day, and always feel that defecation is not smooth. Or there may be alternation between constipation and diarrhea. But it won't make you feel very uncomfortable. Just take the medicine again and the symptoms will be relieved in five or six days, and the constipation and diarrhea will naturally disappear. 5. Respiratory system: The cold air that invades the Du channel and the Taiyang channel may be discharged through sneezing. If the Yin Tang is affected by cold and dampness, it may be discharged through runny nose. |
