Gecko wine recipe

Gecko is a common creature and people are very familiar with it. This technical gecko can bring some benefits to people's lives. Among them, the medicinal effect of gecko is very noteworthy. It is very popular for people to use gecko to make wine, and there are almost no side effects. Let's take a look at the recipe for making gecko wine. I hope everyone can understand it.

Gecko, also known as gecko, also known as scale snake, reptile, terrestrial reptile. It is shaped like a big gecko and is 34 cm long. Body and tail equal in length. The head is triangular, longer than wide, with a convex snout.

Dried processing: Hit the back of the gecko's head lightly and it will die. Dig out the eyes, then turn the gecko ventral side up, nail the gecko's head to the dissecting board with an iron nail, hold the gecko's tail and hip with your left hand, and straighten its body.

Holding a sharp knife in the right hand, start from the anus of the gecko and open the chest and abdomen all the way to the back of the throat. Then stretch open the chest and abdominal walls, take out the internal organs, and wipe off the blood with a cloth. Use 4 bamboo sticks about 0.4 cm thick, the length depends on the inside.

The first one is inserted from the left shoulder to the right hip; the third one passes through the chest and is inserted into the two forelimbs until the toes; then use a bamboo stick about 0.8 cm thick to go from the snout of the head to the tip of the tail. Finally, take a rectangular bamboo piece, 0.1 cm thick, approximately equal in length to the width of the unfolded thorax and abdominal body wall of the gecko, and approximately equal in width to the size from the bottom of the scapular fossa to the groin. Insert the bamboo piece into the inner wall of the thorax and abdomen to unfold the body wall. After processing, place it on a sulfur stove and dry it over a low fire before packaging.

One method is to wash the dried gecko with light salt water to remove dirt, scrape off the scales on the body surface, remove the bamboo strips inside the body wall, and after it is dried, soak the whole in 60-degree grain wine and store it for more than 100 days.

Another method is to soak the old raw gecko in wine. Peel off the scales, cut open the chest and abdomen, dig out the internal organs, absorb the blood with cotton paper (do not wash with water), put it in 60-degree grain wine, and soak it for more than 100 days. Generally, 50 geckos are soaked in every 50 kilograms of wine.
