What is the best way to treat hemorrhoids and eczema?

Hemorrhoids and eczema seem to be two unrelated conditions, but here we are referring to eczema caused by hemorrhoids. In fact, both hemorrhoids and eczema are diseases that people avoid because both diseases will bring great pain to patients. In fact, there are many causes of eczema, such as hemorrhoids. Although eczema caused by hemorrhoids is more troublesome, it is not an incurable disease. The correct method should be sought for treatment. Let's learn about the best treatment for hemorrhoids and eczema:

Perianal eczema refers to skin confined to the anus, and in rare cases may involve the perineum. It is extremely itchy, often damp, with skin infiltration and hypertrophy, and cracking may occur. It can occur at any age; the treatment of anal eczema is mainly to remove the causes and predisposing factors such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, fistulas, constipation, and irregular menstruation that cause anal eczema; for anal eczema with erosion and exudation, Chinese medicine such as Phellodendron chinense, Radix Sanguisorbae Officinalis, and Herba Portulacae can be used for wet compresses. After the wet compress, a compound ointment containing antibiotics and Chinese medicine hormones can be applied to the affected area; in addition, if the itching is severe, antihistamines should be taken.

How to treat hemorrhoids and eczema1

Treatment 1: Electronic hemorrhoid treatment machine is a new type of hemorrhoid treatment device. The instrument produces electrolysis, electrocoagulation and electrofishing effects on hemorrhoids, embolizing the blood circulation of the lesion tissue and causing hemorrhoids to shrink. This treatment also has limitations in the treatment of hemorrhoids.

Treatment 2: PPH surgical principle. PPH is also known as stapled hemorrhoidal circumferential mucosal resection. Its principle is based on the anal cushion theory and uses a stapler to treat annular prolapsed hemorrhoids. The operation is performed in three steps. First, a special circular stapler (PPH stapler) is inserted into the rectum through the anus to reach the pain-free area about 4 cm above the junction of the rectum and anal canal. Then, the PPH stapler is used to remove the mucosa and submucosal tissue of the intestinal wall at the lower end of the rectum. The resection length is 3 to 4 cm. At the moment of resection, the two ends are anastomosed to lift the prolapsed anal cushions and restore their normal anatomical position. Finally, while removing the hemorrhoids, the arterial branches that supply blood to the hemorrhoids are also cut off to achieve the purpose of radical cure.

Treatment three: surgical treatment. Surgical removal of hemorrhoids or ligation of bleeding blood vessels can achieve better hemostasis effects. Surgical treatment is suitable for patients with severe conditions, such as heavy bleeding caused by rupture of large blood vessels on hemorrhoids. Common surgical treatments include external stripping and internal ligation, PPH, etc. Generally, there will be a small amount of bleeding during bowel movements within one week after surgery, which is caused by incomplete healing of the surgical wound. If the bleeding symptoms do not improve or even worsen, it indicates that the vascular ligation has failed, and appropriate remedial measures should be taken in time.

Precautions

Warm reminder: Eat mainly easily digestible semi-liquid food, avoid drinking alcohol and eating spicy and irritating food to prevent the onset or aggravation of hemorrhoids. Eat more fruits and vegetables to prevent constipation. Avoid squatting on the toilet for too long and do ani-lifting exercises 20 times a day.
