Oral ulcer is a particularly common disease and it is also a disease that can cause pain to many people. There are many causes and specific symptoms of oral ulcers. 1. Oral ulcers caused by exogenous toxins

It usually occurs 1 to 2 days after an external infection, accompanied by symptoms of an external infection. Initially, the oral mucosa is locally congested, red, swollen, and slightly painful. Small chestnut-like red spots or blisters appear on the tip of the tongue or inside the lips. The blisters burst within 12 hours, appearing as superficial ulcers with clear boundaries. Prescription: 18 grams of honeysuckle, 15 grams of forsythia, 12 grams of patchouli, 10 grams of costusroot, 10 grams of perilla, 12 grams of poria, 12 grams of Shenqu, 10 grams of Citrus aurantium, 15 grams of Pueraria, 10 grams of Atractylodes, 20 grams of magnetite, 10 grams of Inula japonica (wrapped and decocted), decocted in water, 1 dose per day.

2. Spleen and stomach heat accumulation type

Symptoms include erosions and sores in multiple parts of the mouth and tongue, redness and swelling of the sores, burning pain, and even bad breath and swollen and painful gums, accompanied by thirst, frequent drinking, yellow urine and constipation, red tongue with yellow coating, and slippery and rapid pulse. The treatment is to clear away heat and purge fire, and cleanse stomach heat.

Prescription: 12 grams of Gardenia, 12 grams of Scutellaria, 12 grams of Forsythia, 10 grams of Rhubarb, 3 grams of Glauber's Salt, 8 grams of Menthus, 10 grams of Coptis, 10 grams of Bamboo Leaf, 8 grams of Licorice. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day.

3. Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

Symptoms include ulcers in the mouth and tongue. The ulcers are white in color, not red around the area, small in number, and do not heal after long-term treatment. 4. Weak spleen and stomach type

Symptoms include recurrent sores in the mouth and tongue, with the sores being pale and sunken, accompanied by fatigue, shortness of breath, loss of appetite, cold limbs, loose stools, pale tongue with white coating, and a thready and weak pulse.
