Protein intake needs to be increased to 75 grams, and you need to be careful to consume it every day. Protein must be consumed from the early to late stages of pregnancy, because the development of the fetus, placenta, uterus, breasts, etc. requires a lot of protein. If you are a vegetarian, you must find a way to supplement it.

2. Nutritional measures to relieve morning sickness: When morning sickness begins, digestion becomes worse. You can eat foods that stimulate appetite, but don’t eat too much at one time. It is better to eat small meals frequently. Morning sickness will be more severe especially before getting up in the morning or when you are on an empty stomach, so don't be on an empty stomach and eat some simple biscuits or toast. When you are afraid of the smell of food and dare not approach it, cold food has less smell than hot food and is easier to eat. Eat mainly light and sour foods, such as cold tofu, cold noodles, jelly, salad, etc. Even if you have severe morning sickness, you can eat them without burden. If you drink too much water, your gastrointestinal function will weaken and morning sickness will become more severe, so it is best to drink a small amount of ice water or use a little ice to quench your thirst.
