(2) Pemphigus vegetativeus often develops from pemphigus vulgaris. The lesions often occur in skin folds, such as the groin, vulva, armpits, under the breasts, neck and oral mucosa. Initially, it appears as blisters or bullae. After the blisters rupture, the base gradually proliferates, and the surface has purulent secretions, a foul odor, and pain.

1. Pemphigus vulgaris. This type of pemphigus is mostly caused by excessive toxic heat or heart fire and spleen dampness. Patients can choose the appropriate Chinese medicine for treatment according to the cause of their illness.
