④ Rectal leiomyosarcoma: Rectal leiomyosarcoma is formed by the proliferation of abnormal smooth muscle cells and is mostly located in the lower rectum. Its growth pattern is often to bulge into the rectal cavity. If not treated surgically in time, it may turn from a leiomyoma into a leiomyosarcoma, that is, from a benign tumor to a malignant one, causing the rectum to narrow and leading to constipation, anal distension, and bloody stools.

⑤ Hemorrhoid incarceration: In addition, internal hemorrhoids can be seen protruding in the early stage, but they can be retracted automatically. As the disease continues to worsen, the time for the prolapse of the swelling becomes longer and longer, from automatically retracting to being dragged back by hand and then to incarceration. In the case of incarcerated hemorrhoids, a lump can be seen at the anus of the patient, which is very painful, accompanied by symptoms such as anal swelling and itching.
