Injections are mainly a medical treatment for colds and fevers, and injections often cause bruises on the skin. This is mainly because people do not press the wound properly, causing bruises. Bruises can heal automatically, but if you want to quickly repair bruises, you should understand how to clean bruises. Bruises caused by beatings can be eliminated with a hot towel, and it is recommended that this method be adopted. 1. Bruising after the needle is removed during infusion is because the needle hole is not pressed in time after the needle is removed, resulting in subcutaneous congestion caused by bleeding in the infusion vein. 2. When this happens, don't be anxious. When you get home, you can apply a hot towel for a while, then go to the kitchen to get a potato, cut the potato into slices, and apply the potato slices directly to the bruised area for half an hour, twice a day. In this way, the bruise can completely disappear in two days. 3. When receiving an infusion in the future, be sure to press the needle eye in time after removing the needle, and do it quickly. It is best to press the needle eye completely with your thumb and press it for about ten minutes before releasing it. This will completely avoid the occurrence of bruises. After having their blood drawn, many patients press the cotton swab, bend their elbows, put on their clothes, and leave to move on to the next examination item. During the process, I straightened my elbow from time to time to see if the bleeding had stopped. I didn't re-clamp it. I looked at it for a few rounds and finally thought that the bleeding should have stopped, so I threw away the cotton swab and was done. Later, you may find that the place where the blood was collected is purple, or accompanied by soreness. At this time, you may think that the blood collection sister's technique is very poor. In fact, good pressing technique is as important as excellent blood collection technique! Your misunderstanding of the eye of the needle: Do you think there is only one needle hole after drawing blood? In fact, there are two needle holes when the blood collection needle is punctured, one is the skin needle hole, and the other is the blood vessel needle hole. Due to the differences in the operator's technique, the angle of needle insertion, the thickness of skin fat, and the depth of the blood vessel from the skin, not all blood collection needles can enter the skin and blood vessels at the same time. Sometimes after entering the skin, the needle moves a short distance parallel to the blood vessel before entering the blood vessel. This is the so-called vascular needle hole. Your usual pressing method only presses the skin punctures and ignores the blood vessel punctures. In addition, flexing the arm cannot effectively stop bleeding and can easily lead to subcutaneous hemorrhage. Why can't you bend your arms? Because it effectively reduces the pressure in the blood vessels when pressing after venous blood collection, it can effectively reduce the leakage of blood from the needle hole in the blood vessels, causing subcutaneous congestion (that is, the bruises you see on your hands). When you bend your elbow, it hinders the return of the elbow veins, thereby increasing the intravascular pressure of the elbow veins. Therefore, blood can easily seep out of the needle hole in the blood vessels, forming subcutaneous congestion, which is the bruise you see at the blood drawing site. To put it simply, when a rubber hose has a small hole, if you bend the hole front and back to form an angle, even if you block the hole, water will leak out of the hole due to the squeezing force from the front and back. However, when you lay the rubber hose flat and block the water outlet, it will continue to flow in the original direction and will not easily leak out from the water outlet. Correct pressing method After the blood is drawn, at the moment the needle tip is pulled out of your skin, immediately press a sterile cotton swab parallel to the blood vessel where the puncture point is located for 4-5 minutes. The top of the cotton swab should exceed the proximal end of the skin needle hole (close to the heart). In this way, both the skin needle hole and the blood vessel needle hole are pressed at the same time. At the same time, please note that your elbow should be straight when pressing! Due to blood vessel reasons, some people also need to draw blood at the wrist or back of the hand. At this time, in order to prevent the pressing point from slipping or not pressing hard enough, press the top of the cotton swab with the thumb of one hand while the other four fingers press on the other side to form two upper and lower fulcrums, so as to ensure the hemostasis effect! |
