Homemade mushroom and rapeseed noodles

1. Main ingredients: 200g raw noodles, 2 rapeseeds, 2 mushrooms, 1 scallion, a few drops of sesame oil, 2g chicken stock, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce

1. Select and clean the rapeseed, wash and slice the mushrooms, pour cooking oil into the pot, add the mushrooms after it is slightly hot and stir-fry. The mushrooms should be fried thoroughly and wilted. Add enough water and bring to a boil, add the noodles and soy sauce.

Method: prepare all the ingredients (seasonings are provided by the manufacturer or brought by yourself), soak the dried mushrooms in advance, boil water in a pot, add the noodles after the water boils, cook for more than 1 minute, put the eggs in, add the mushrooms, cook for another minute, add oil and seasoning packet, and serve in a bowl.

Cooking tips:

The mushrooms must be fried thoroughly with oil, and the rapeseed should not be added too early, otherwise it will affect the taste and color.
