4. Rabbit meat stewed with red dates, [Recipe] 60g red dates, 250g rabbit meat. [Preparation] Wash the rabbit meat, blanch it in boiling water, remove it, cut it into small pieces and put it into a casserole with red dates. Add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat, add cooking wine, and simmer it over low heat for 40 minutes. When the rabbit meat is cooked, add chopped green onion, minced ginger, salt, MSG, and five-spice powder, mix well, simmer and add sesame oil. [Usage] Serve as a side dish and eat as you like. [Applicable] Replenishes Qi and blood, and restores physical strength and spirit after surgery.
