Nausea after exercise

Nausea after exercise

Although exercise is a very good way to strengthen the body and eliminate toxins through sweating, everyone must be careful not to over-exercise during the exercise process. There are many physical symptoms caused by excessive exercise. Moreover, most people will experience nausea after exercise, and headaches will occur along with the nausea. So what causes a person to feel nauseous after exercising?

First of all, if you feel nauseous after exercise, please do not stop to rest immediately to avoid aggravating the feeling of nausea due to insufficient oxygen supply to the brain. After strenuous exercise, you should take a proper walk and take some deep breaths to relieve muscle fatigue caused by exercise. At this time, you can also put a mint in your mouth to refresh your mind, and then replenish an appropriate amount of water. The water temperature should not be too high. It is best to use cold boiled water, about 15 degrees. If the dizziness is caused by insufficient blood supply, you can also do a handstand for 3-10 seconds. This can allow blood from the lower limbs to flow back to the heart and relieve the feeling of nausea.

What are the reasons for vomiting after exercise? It may be due to lack of exercise in daily life. When you do physical exercise occasionally, the organs of the body cannot adapt to such strenuous exercise, resulting in insufficient oxygen supply and causing physical discomfort. Or it may be caused by large amount of exercise, so pay attention to gradual exercise. In addition, if you exercise in a state of being too hot or too cold, or even hungry, you may also feel nauseous. Finally, if you stop to rest right after exercising, you are likely to feel dizzy and nauseous.

It is normal to feel dizzy and nauseous after exercise. If the symptoms are relieved after a series of exercises, there is no problem. However, if you feel dizzy after exercise, it is recommended not to continue exercising. If you have a headache after exercise, you should also take it seriously. If the symptoms improve after stopping exercise, it's fine. If there is no improvement and you get a headache as soon as you exercise, it is recommended that you go to the hospital for a neurological and cardiovascular examination to rule out any disease.
