Lotus root: Lotus root can promote ventilation, strengthen the spleen and stomach and relieve gas.

Radish: It can relieve qi, strengthen the stomach, dispel cold and eliminate phlegm. Green radish has the best therapeutic effect, followed by red radish. If women have a cold stomach, they can eat pork ribs or beef stewed with radish soup.

Hawthorn: good at relieving qi and promoting blood circulation, digesting food and eliminating accumulation. But women with excessive stomach acid should use it with caution.
