Ingredients: This product is a compound preparation, and its components are: each tablet contains 0.3g of acetaminophen (C8H9NO2) and 15mg of codeine phosphate (C18H21NO3·H3PO4·H2O).

Specifications: Each tablet of this product contains 0.3g of acetaminophen and 15mg of codeine phosphate. (Aminophenol and Codeine Tablets Ⅱ)

Dosage and Administration: Oral: Adults, 1 tablet each time, 3 times a day. For moderate cancer pain, the doctor may decide to increase the dosage appropriately if necessary. Children aged 7 to 12 years old may reduce the dosage according to their weight. Continuous use should generally not exceed 5 days.

Adverse reactions: 1. When taking the usual dose, dizziness, sweating, nausea, drowsiness and other reactions may occasionally occur, which will disappear on their own after stopping the drug.

2. Overdose or long-term use of this product may cause drug dependence.

Taboos: 1. People who are allergic to this product, have respiratory depression, or have obstructive airway diseases, especially those with asthma attacks, should not use this product.

2. It is contraindicated for patients with excessive sputum to prevent the suppression of the cough reflex, which may cause a large amount of sputum to block the respiratory tract and lead to secondary infection, thus aggravating the condition.

Note: 1. The body may develop a certain degree of tolerance after long-term use.

2. The use of this product for acute abdomen and diarrhea of ​​unknown cause may conceal the truth and cause misdiagnosis, so it should be used with caution.

3. Use with caution in the following situations: ethanol poisoning, liver disease or toxic hepatitis, renal insufficiency, bronchial asthma, gallstones, craniocerebral trauma or intracranial lesions, prostate hypertrophy, etc.

4. When this product is used in large quantities for a long time, especially for those with abnormal liver function, liver function and blood count should be measured regularly.

Use in pregnant and lactating women: 1. Both main drugs contained in this product can pass through the placenta and affect the fetus, such as causing addiction to the fetus and causing withdrawal symptoms in the newborn.

2. Both main drugs contained in this product can be excreted from breast milk, so lactating women and pregnant women should use it with caution.

Children's use: Not suitable for children under 7 years old.

Use in the elderly: Use with caution in elderly patients.

Drug interactions: 1. When this product is used in combination with anticholine drugs, it may aggravate the symptoms of constipation or urinary retention.

2. When used in combination with methadone or other morphine-like drugs or muscle relaxants, the respiratory depressant effect may be aggravated.

Drug overdose:1. If this product is taken in excess, serious side effects caused by acetaminophen and codeine may appear quickly, such as diarrhea, sweating, liver damage, hepatic encephalopathy, convulsions, coagulation disorders, gastrointestinal bleeding, hypoglycemia, acidosis, arrhythmia, renal tubular necrosis, drowsiness, mental confusion, pupil constriction as small as a pinpoint, epilepsy, hypotension, confusion, respiratory depression, circulatory failure, and even death.

2. Poisoning Rescue

In case of overdose, gastric lavage or vomiting can be performed to eliminate the drug in the stomach. Give the antagonist N-acetylcysteine, and do not give activated charcoal to prevent affecting the absorption of the antagonist. Keep the airway open, perform artificial respiration when necessary, and inject naloxone intravenously to antagonize codeine poisoning.
