It may also be a symptom caused by the child's allergy to breast milk, so it is clinically called milk ringworm, which usually occurs in infants during breastfeeding. If children stay in a damp and cold environment for a long time, small red spots may appear on their skin.

3. Skin allergy. This situation is very common. There are allergens everywhere in our lives, and there are some allergic foods. If you are not aware of it, or you are in frequent contact with them, then it is very likely that your skin will be allergic again and again. The red spots will not disappear, and it will cause skin itching. In severe cases of allergies, the skin will become red and swollen.
