1. Yam

Ingredients: 200g shrimp, 300g yam, 5g green onion, 5g ginger, 5g starch (pea), 40g egg white, 20g vegetable oil, 3g salt, 5g cooking wine, 2g MSG

practice:

1. Add cooking wine, salt, MSG, egg white and water starch to the fresh shrimps, and stir-fry in warm vegetable oil;

3. Laver
