If a person often feels that he can't breathe and has lung breathing dysfunction, he should consider whether he has pulmonary fibrosis. There are many causes of pulmonary fibrosis, but most of the time it is a serious consequence of patients not paying attention to early-stage lung diseases. B-ultrasound examination is a detection technology widely used in the medical field. Can pulmonary fibrosis be detected through B-ultrasound? 1. Preparation before B-ultrasound examination 1. On an empty stomach. Before doing a liver fibrosis B-ultrasound examination, you must first fast. If there is something in the stomach, the liver will be lifted up, affecting the B-ultrasound scanning. At the same time, fasting can also prevent the stomach from being disturbed by gas. Generally, it is best to fast before the examination, preferably for more than 8 hours, and do not drink water. Then, before the examination, a liver function test is needed to isolate infectious hepatitis. 2. Lie flat. When doing an ultrasound examination of liver fibrosis, it is best for the patient to lie flat, lift up the shirt slightly, and expose the belly. The doctor will apply a layer of coupling agent on this part of the abdomen, then place the probe of the examination instrument on the abdomen, and then perform a scanning imaging diagnosis. = 2. Ultrasound manifestations of the liver 1. Under normal conditions (1) Under normal conditions, the liver has a regular shape, a smooth capsule, and an arc-shaped diaphragm. (2) The liver's parenchyma is characterized by moderate echoes, small light spots, and relatively even distribution; the system ducts within the liver can be clearly seen. (3) The normal maximum oblique diameter of the right liver cannot exceed 12.14 cm, and the maximum anterior-posterior diameter of the right lobe of the liver cannot exceed 10 cm, and the minimum cannot be less than 8 cm. (4) The thickness of the left liver should not exceed 6 cm at most and should not be less than 5 cm at least. The length should not exceed the range of 5-9 cm. The thickness and length of the caudate lobe of the liver should not exceed 4.5 cm. 2. Liver fibrosis (1) The echogenicity of the liver is uneven, the hilar glands are slightly widened, and the thickness of the liver increases. (2) If the transaminase level is normal but the bilirubin level is elevated, this indicates chronic liver damage and signs of portal hypertension. Although B-ultrasound examination plays a good role in judging whether the liver is fibrotic, B-ultrasound examination of liver fibrosis is also an important basis for the examination results. However, the final diagnosis of liver fibrosis still needs other auxiliary examinations to ensure the accuracy of the test results, so as to better prescribe the right medicine, carry out treatment and finally recover. |
