1. Alternate hot and cold facial compresses

Women can take a towel, warm it with hot water and then apply it to their face. After 15 minutes, change it to a towel soaked in cold water and apply it for 15 minutes. 2. Use ice to reduce swelling

If women get up early in the day and have plenty of time, they can take some ice cubes from the refrigerator to apply on their face. The principle of applying ice to the swollen area is to use low temperature to stimulate the swollen area, thereby achieving the effect of quickly eliminating edema.

3. Milk + vinegar hot compress

Many people may know that milk can whiten the skin, but few people know that milk can also improve edema. Take an appropriate amount of milk, add a small amount of vinegar to the milk, mix with boiling water and apply to the swollen area. Gently massage with your fingers for 3 to 5 minutes, then apply a hot towel for a while, which can instantly eliminate the lumps.

4. Massage to reduce swelling

By massaging and lifting the face, you can promote metabolism in women's face and eliminate facial puffiness. The method to reduce swelling is: first place the middle fingers on both sides of the nose, and then push up along the bridge of the nose. After repeating several times, place the palms of your hands on both sides of the cheeks, and then pull up along the cheeks. Remember, don't use too much force.

5. Adjust the height of the pillow

In fact, under normal circumstances, swelling starts from the eyes, and the reason for eye swelling is that the pillow is too low when sleeping. Therefore, if you want to avoid facial swelling, you can try to adjust the height of the pillow.

6. Eat foods that promote diuresis

If women want to eliminate facial puffiness, they should also pay more attention to their diet. For example, you should eat light food with less salt in your daily life. This is because high-salt foods are not conducive to digestion. Foods that help drain water and urinate include red beans, coix seeds, winter melon, etc. Women can eat more of these foods.

7. Don’t drink too much water at night

As I said at the beginning of the article, drinking too much water before going to bed will cause swelling of the face. Therefore, if you want to prevent swelling, you must control your water intake at night.

8. Keep exercising

Exercise is beneficial to physical and mental health. The sweat discharged from women's bodies after exercise can take away excess salt in the body. Therefore, insisting on exercise can also help eliminate edema. However, with so many sports options available, it is recommended that women choose aerobic exercise or stretching gymnastics, as these two types of exercises will be better at reducing swelling.
