What medicine should people with anemia take?

For modern people, anemia often affects people's physical health and even their daily life. Therefore, if anemia occurs, it must be taken seriously, especially for female friends, who are more likely to have anemia problems. Due to their special physiological structure, anemia is a common problem. So people with anemia will ask what medicine they should take?

Because only by understanding what medicine people with anemia should take can we improve the anemia problem in an all-round way. In this way, we can naturally stay away from the troubles of anemia. So if there are people with anemia around you, you might as well understand the causes of anemia and take appropriate measures to improve the anemia problem.

In daily life, it is easy for people to confuse anemia and hypotension. This is because anemia and low blood pressure have similar symptoms, such as mental fatigue, forgetfulness, dizziness, etc.

"Anemia" and "hypotension" are two unrelated concepts. "Anemia" can be understood as the blood becoming "thin". It refers to the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin content in a unit volume of blood being lower than normal.

"Blood pressure" refers to the pressure in the arteries (blood). Among them, systolic blood pressure mainly depends on the size of myocardial contractility and cardiac output; diastolic blood pressure mainly depends on peripheral vascular resistance. A decrease in cardiac output or a decrease in peripheral vascular resistance can cause a decrease in blood pressure (hypotension), and vice versa.

The causes of anemia are usually due to insufficient raw materials for hematopoiesis, hematopoietic dysfunction, or excessive loss or destruction of red blood cells. The main physiological function of red blood cells is to continuously deliver oxygen from the lungs to tissues throughout the body, and to transport carbon dioxide in the tissues to the lungs and excrete them out of the body. This function of red blood cells is mainly accomplished by the hemoglobin they contain. In anemia, the transport function of red blood cells is reduced. It can be said that it has no direct relationship with blood pressure.

Hypotension is generally considered to be hypotension when the brachial artery blood pressure of an adult is lower than 90/60 mmHg. It can be divided into acute and chronic types:

(1) Acute hypotension is a sudden and significant drop in blood pressure from normal or higher levels, mainly manifested as two major clinical syndromes: syncope and shock.

(2) Chronic hypotension is divided into constitutional hypotension and postural hypotension. The former is common in people with weak constitutions, more common in women, and has a family genetic tendency. Most of them have no conscious symptoms. Their hypotension is only discovered accidentally during physical examinations and has no important clinical significance. Some patients have dizziness, headaches, or even syncope, palpitations and other similar neurotic manifestations, which are often caused by certain chronic diseases or malnutrition. The latter is hypotension that occurs when suddenly changing from a supine position to an upright position, or standing for a long time. In severe cases, it can cause syncope. Its typical symptoms are a drop in blood pressure when standing upright, a feeling of weakness, but no sweating. The pathogenesis may be autonomic nervous system dysfunction, which causes arteriolar contraction dysfunction when standing upright.

What medicine is good for people with anemia? Taking medicine is not a wise choice. After all, any medicine will cause certain harm to the human body. You can consider using Runzhi Erkang Xueyan Tea + diet therapy to achieve the effect of blood replenishment. None of them solved the problem of anemia from the root cause. So if you want to eliminate the symptoms of anemia from the root, you must replenish both Qi and blood! Runzhi Erkang Xueyan Tea combines blood replenishment with Qi replenishment, replenishing both Qi and blood, replenishing blood from the root, which can produce twice the result with half the effort in improving anemia, strengthening the body, and beautifying the skin, and is conducive to the long-term continuation of the blood replenishment effect. It replenishes both Qi and blood, and strengthens the foundation.

Therefore, for people with anemia, if problems arise, don’t worry about what medicine they should take. It is best to understand what causes the anemia and then respond in a targeted manner. Only in this way can the anemia problem be fundamentally improved. The most important thing is to combine medicine and diet so that you can stay away from the troubles of anemia.
