Fairy porridge: Rinse 50 grams of glutinous rice, add appropriate amount of water and cook it into thin porridge, then add 7 scallions (about 30 grams) and 7 slices of ginger (about 15 grams), cook for 5 minutes, then add 50 ml of rice vinegar, stir well and serve. After taking it while hot, the body will feel slightly hot and sweat. This porridge is specially used to treat headaches, body aches, fatigue, fever and other symptoms caused by wind and cold.
