The chemical acetylcholine will cause the body to be allergic and produce cholesteric urticaria.

Symptoms of cholestatic urticaria

① Obvious feeling of tingling and severe itching.

②It usually occurs when exposed to heat (hot drinks, hot baths), when emotionally excited, and after exercise. The symptoms will subside after you stop exercising or calm down. In severe cases, it may take months or even years for the symptoms to completely subside.

③ Red wheals of about 2 mm in size often appear on the skin of the trunk and proximal limbs (except axillae, palms and soles). These wheals come and go quickly without leaving any trace. Severe cases may be accompanied by gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc.

Cholestatic urticaria often occurs in adolescence, after exposure to heat (hot drinks, hot baths), emotional excitement, and exercise. The rash is characterized by small wheals of 1 to 3 mm in size surrounded by red halos, mostly on the trunk and proximal extremities, and is pruritus. Some patients also have gastrointestinal symptoms, such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, etc.
