Salmonella is a common bacterium. It is one of the few Salmonella that are selective in arrays, causing sepsis and some intestinal infections in some minors in life, collectively known as Salmonella infection. It can occur in any age group. At the same time, the main diseases are some common diseases such as cholera, etc. They are mainly some colorless and translucent parts. The main way of interference in our lives is that it enters the human body through the mouth, and affects the specific resistance, the number of phagocytes, the serotype, and some symptoms related to heart strength. Mainly some injuries caused by gastrointestinal incompatibility and some intestinal infections. Salmonella is a large group of Gram-negative rods with similar morphology, biochemical characteristics and antigenic structure. Salmonella has no spores and no capsules, but most bacteria have flagella and pili all over their bodies and are motile. On ordinary culture medium, it appears as medium-sized, smooth-surfaced colonies that are colorless and translucent. Does not decompose lactose, sucrose and salicylic acid. Can break down glucose and mannitol. Indole, urea decomposition test and VP test were all negative. Salmonella can grow on simple culture media, and culture media containing brilliant green or selenite can inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli and increase the number of bacteria. The optimal temperature for Salmonella growth is 35℃~37℃, and the optimal pH is 6.5~7.5. Bacteria of this genus have weak resistance and can be killed by 60℃ for 30 minutes, 5% carbolic acid solution and 70% alcohol for 5 minutes. It can survive in water for 2 to 3 weeks, in feces for 1 to 2 months, and in ice for 3 months. Sensitive to chloramphenicol, ampicillin and cotrimoxazole. Its antigenic structure is an important basis for classification. Its antigens can be divided into three types: bacterial antigen (O antigen), flagellar antigen (H antigen) and surface antigen (Vi antigen). This type of bacteria can be divided into serogroups such as A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I according to the different bacterial antigen structures, and the serotypes within the group can be identified according to the differences in flagellar antigens. At present, there are more than 2,000 known serotypes of Salmonella, 161 of which have been found in my country. However, only 40 to 50 serotypes are frequently isolated from humans and animals, of which only 10 are the main serotypes. The serotypes related to humans mainly belong to groups A to E, namely Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi types A, B, and C, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella choleraesuis, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella duck, Salmonella Newport, etc. Only a few types are pathogenic to humans, among which Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella choleraesuis are the most common. The above are the infections caused by Salmonella. In our daily life, we must diagnose and prevent them in time. Only a few of the Salmonella typhi, Paratyphoid A, B, and C, Salmonella typhimurium, Choleraesuis, Enteritidis, Salmonella enterica, and Salmonella Newport are pathogenic to humans, among which Salmonella typhimurium, Enteritidis, and Choleraesuis are the most common. It has already cut off the spread of rumors and prevented them. |
