Treatment method: Strengthen the spleen and replenish Qi, nourish the heart and calm the mind. Prescription: 10 grams of ginseng, 12 grams of roasted Astragalus, 15 grams of Angelica, 9 grams of Chuanxiong, 15 grams of Poria, 6 grams of roasted Polygala, 10 grams of Torreya grandis seed, 9 grams of Ziziphus jujuba seed, 6 grams of Schisandra chinensis, and 6 grams of roasted Licorice. Chinese patent medicine: Guipi Pills, Tianwang Buxin Pills, Baizi Yangxin Pills, and Ciwujia Tablets. ③ Kidney Yin deficiency: prolonged anxiety, palpitations, fear, soreness of waist and knees, tinnitus and dizziness, forgetfulness and insomnia, red tongue with little coating, and thin and rapid pulse. You can use the method of focusing your mind, such as focusing on the Qi Hai and Yongquan points, or you can simply adjust your breathing to experience the depth of your breathing and the feeling of relaxation throughout your body.
