Causes of low immunity

Low immunity is the main factor causing women's poor health, but what are the causes of low immunity? Let's take a look at the causes of low immunity in people's bodies. Maybe it can help us treat and cure some adverse diseases in the body as soon as possible. We must keep these phenomena in mind.

In fact, if we want to know the reason for low immunity, it is not that difficult. Immunity is a defense mechanism of the human body. It is a line of defense that can identify or eliminate some foreign invading viruses and bacteria. It can also help people deal with aging, severe skin damage, death, and degeneration of viral infected cells.

Thymus and lymph nodes: The first organs and tissues to be affected by polypeptide malnutrition are the thymus and lymphatic tissue. The thymus is reduced in size and weight, the boundaries between the cortex and medulla are unclear, and the number of cells is reduced. The size, weight, tissue structure, cell density and composition of the spleen and lymph nodes also show obvious degenerative changes. If accompanied by infection, the lymphatic tissue will further atrophy. Experiments have shown that when peptide nutrition is supplemented to animals with peptide deficiency, the thymus tissue can return to normal.

Cellular immunity: Cellular immunity refers to the immunity formed with the participation of T lymphocytes. When polypeptide nutrition is deficient, tissues such as the thymus will atrophy and the growth of T cells will be affected. The decline in cellular immune function is not only manifested in a decrease in the number of T cells, but also in functional disorders.

Humoral immunity: Humoral immunity refers to the immunity formed with the participation of B lymphocytes. When the human body lacks peptide protein nutrition, the number of B cells in the peripheral blood remains almost unchanged. Functional experiments have shown that regardless of the degree of peptide nutritional disorder, the serum concentration is normal or slightly higher, especially when accompanied by infection. In the absence of peptide, the production of immunoglobulins is affected and reduced, which is of great significance to the defensive function of antibodies.

In fact, the reasons for low immunity are not limited to the ones listed above. We know that the complement system, phagocytes, and some parts of the immune system are all very likely to be the reasons for people's low immunity. I hope we can have some understanding of this knowledge.
