Facial sensitivity and redness is a problem that many people will encounter. This kind of red is different from the blush on the face. It is a kind of red that makes people look ugly. Especially in some windy and dry seasons, such as autumn and winter, the face is prone to redness. Especially for some sensitive skin, facial redness can sometimes cause a little pain. So how should we repair facial redness? Medically, this condition is called "facial flushing". There are quite a few patients every winter. There are many reasons for facial flushing, one of which is facial redness. Facial red blood streaks refer to a skin disease caused by dilation of facial capillaries. Dilated facial capillaries can give the face a "red face" appearance. It can be roughly divided into two types: hereditary and induced. The hereditary type is mostly inherited and often familial; the induced type is the most common. Cause Blushing can be physiological or pathological. Some healthy people have better peripheral blood circulation, and their complexion will be rosy after a little activity; some people will blush when they are shy, angry or ashamed; some people may blush due to drinking; people who live in the mountains, because the air is thinner, the body needs more red blood cells to absorb enough oxygen, and once the hemoglobin carried by red blood cells increases, the color of the face will be redder; some people blush due to menopause, some people blush due to systemic diseases. Such as hypertension, tuberculosis, lupus erythematosus, etc. Don't worry about physiological blushing. As for pathological blushing, you should consult a doctor. From a medical point of view, blushing refers to the condition in which the face turns redder more easily than other people due to changes in temperature or emotion, and the color is darker and lasts longer. There are blood vessels in the skin, which expand or contract under the influence of nerve factors. Especially the cheeks are rich in capillaries, so the cheeks are more likely to turn red. If facial blushing only occurs in winter, it is more related to temperature changes. Generally speaking, heat causes blood vessels in the skin to dilate, causing facial flushing. Although cold causes blood vessels to constrict, when the temperature rises, the blood vessels will rebound and expand, causing blushing. But for some people, blushing may occur due to abnormal dilation of blood vessels in extremely cold temperatures. The clinical manifestations are filamentous, dot-like, star-shaped or flake-like rashes on the face. When the temperature difference is too great, such as when you go from a cold room to an air-conditioned room, and the temperature fluctuates between hot and cold, the capillaries lose their elasticity during repeated contraction and expansion, which is reflected in the cheeks and nose, causing the cheeks to become red and stinging. In the early stages, the face can return to its original state immediately after reddening, but if it continues for a long time, the blood vessels will contract, lose their dilation function, and harden in an over-dilated state, making the face look red even at normal times. In severe cases, facial flushing may occur after lowering the head and then raising it again. This symptom is relatively mild in spring, summer and autumn, but becomes severe in winter. Another situation is the side effect of taking belladonna tablets. 1. It is best to wash your face with warm water, and then wash with cold water for 30 seconds (but if you feel anything unusual on your face, please stop washing immediately to avoid damaging your skin!). The facial cleanser should be one that you have used before without any adverse reactions. Do not try a new facial cleanser, otherwise it may cause allergies. Remember to be very gentle when washing your face to avoid hurting your skin. 2. Do not use moisturizing water after washing your face. Although moisturizing is important, most moisturizing water on the market now contains alcohol, and excessive use will irritate our already fragile skin. Apply a gentle facial cream directly, preferably the kind that is gentle enough for babies. |
