The blood concentration reaches its peak 4 hours after taking the drug. 1-8 hours after taking glucosamine sulfate, increasing concentrations of the drug can be detected in the liver, kidneys, stomach wall, small intestine, brain, bones, muscles and articular cartilage, and this component decreases after 24 hours. The plasma protein binding rate is less than 10%. This drug is metabolized in the liver. 10% of the oral dose is excreted in the urine, 11% is excreted in the feces, and most of the rest is excreted in the form of carbon dioxide with exhaled air. The half-life is 18 hours.
