Symptoms of cold

Mild cold symptoms

4. Dry and cracked skin

6. Love to eat cold food such as fruits and ice cream

If three or more of the above items are met, it is a moderate cold symptom.

Severe cold symptoms

1. Frequent urination and difficulty in excreting urine

2. Severe edema in the lower body

3. Your hands and feet are still cold after a night's sleep

4. Numbness in hands and feet when getting up

5. Often feel tired, sore limbs, and lack of energy

6. Frequent bloating

The above are the symptoms of mild to moderate body cold. People with cold body are more afraid of cold and are prone to other diseases. Severe cases are prone to other types of fatigue, bloating and other diseases. Therefore, early detection and early treatment are necessary in daily life. In daily life, you can also adjust the body cold through diet.
