What causes leg soreness?

With the development of social life, individuals may suffer from leg pain due to work or life pressure, especially the elderly who often work while standing. There are many types of symptoms. Due to the different locations, properties and times, it can be said that as for the symptoms of leg pain, you must insist on drug treatment. Precautions in daily life are also very important.

In life, you need to maintain a good mentality, adjust your sleep and avoid sleep disorders, don't do some scary things before going to bed, do some appropriate exercises, especially leg exercises, pay attention to temperature changes, and feel that sleep should maintain a good warm environment.

1. Location: Restless legs syndrome mostly occurs in the lower limbs, most commonly in the gastrocnemius muscle, and can occasionally occur in the thighs or upper limbs, usually in a symmetrical manner.

2. Nature: Restless Legs Syndrome patients often experience tearing, crawling, creeping, tingling, burning, pain, itching, numbness and other leg discomforts. They have an urgent and strong feeling of wanting to move, which leads to excessive activity.

3. Time: Restless legs syndrome (RLS) occurs when the patient is at rest. The symptoms are more severe at night or after a period of rest. Sometimes they only last for a few minutes, and in severe cases they last all night. Moving the lower limbs can significantly alleviate the symptoms, but the symptoms will be significantly aggravated after the patient rests or falls asleep.

4. Insomnia: Due to nighttime insomnia, restless legs patients suffer from severe daytime sleepiness and reduced work ability.

The above are the causes and symptoms of leg soreness. In life, you need to maintain a good attitude, adjust your sleep and avoid sleep. Don’t read scary words before going to bed. Do some appropriate exercises, especially leg exercises, pay attention to temperature changes, and make timely diagnosis and treatment if you find any leg diseases to avoid other diseases caused by the legs.
