Treatment should be to clear away heat and dampness, and can be selected from the following prescriptions: 1. Take 6-10g of Scutellaria baicalensis, 10g of Phellodendron chinense, 10g of Atractylodes lancea, 12g of Sophora flavescens, 15g of Plantago, and 10g of Poria. Decoction in water. 2. Take 15-20 grams of wild yam, 30 grams of coix seed, 10 grams of akebia, 20 grams of dandelion and 3 grams of licorice, decocted in water and taken orally. 3. Take 50 grams of Sophora flavescens, 30 grams of Cnidium monnieri and 15 grams of Xanthium sibiricum, decoct them in water and use the liquid to wash the affected area. 4. Grind 10g of Coptis chinensis, 10g of Scutellaria baicalensis, 10g of calcined gypsum, 12g of calcined calamus, and 0.5g of borneol into fine powder and set aside. If the skin is eroded and oozing, sprinkle the powder on the affected area. If there is not much water flowing or the skin is not broken and does not ooze, mix it with sesame oil and apply it externally. 5. Boil 100 grams of fresh verbena in water to obtain the medicinal liquid, let it cool and then wash the affected area. ⑥ Boil 200 grams of fresh purslane in water and apply the liquid to the affected area. It is used for skin erosion and yellow discharge. 2. Mixed syndrome of deficiency and excess It is mostly caused by blood deficiency, spleen weakness, dampness and heat, and is seen in chronic eczema. The symptoms of this syndrome are eczema that does not heal over time, the skin becomes rough and thick, yellow fluid oozes out when scratched, the skin of the affected area is dark in color, the body is tired and weak, the tongue is greasy, the tongue is pale, tender and plump, and the pulse is slow. Treatment should be aimed at strengthening the spleen and nourishing the blood, and clearing away the pathogens. You can choose: 1. Take 10g of Atractylodes macrocephala, 15g of Poria cocos, 10g of Angelica sinensis, 15g of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 10g of White Peony Root, 15g of Rehmannia glutinosa, 15g of Kochia scoparia, and 30g of Coix seed, decocted in water and taken orally. 2. Grind equal parts of rosin, alum, realgar and yellow ochre into fine powder, sieve, mix the powder with sesame oil and apply to the affected area. The above is the specific method of TCM treatment of eczema. No matter what causes your eczema, TCM will divide the treatment into the above two situations, and the effect is good.
