Tinea cruris is a common infection in our daily life. It mainly occurs in the skin of the inner thigh and some perineum. Many people are concerned about whether the infection can be cured. Now it is actually a manifestation. And now due to the growth of the infection, the incidence rate is also relatively high. In daily life, the main disease occurs in some places with delicate skin. Let us briefly introduce tinea cruris below. At the same time, if it is not only medication and some other treatments, it is easy to spread and worsen. At the same time, winter can alleviate the condition and produce some stability. If it is not treated in time, it will cause some unhealed symptoms in the long run. Therefore, early detection and early treatment are better. When tinea cruris first occurs, redness and small papules appear on the inner side of the thigh near the scrotum, followed by the formation of small white scales on the top of the papules. The rash gradually spreads to the surrounding area with clear boundaries (Figures 1, 2). During the progressive stage, papules, blisters, and scales may appear simultaneously at the edges, and pustules may occasionally be seen. The level of pruritus perceived by individuals varies greatly. In severe cases, the itch is unbearable, while in mild cases, there is no itch at all. Frequent scratching may cause lichenification and pigmentation. The lesions may also extend to the lower abdomen, perineum and buttocks. The skin of the scrotum and penis may also be involved. The condition is closely related to the season. It tends to spread and worsen in summer, with significant itching, while it can be naturally relieved and the condition becomes stable in winter. If this disease is not treated in time, it may persist for a long time. Treatment with medication: The treatment is basically the same as tinea corporis. Since the skin of the pubic area is relatively tender, topical medications are easily absorbed. Therefore, topical medications with less irritation and lower concentration should be selected. If the itching is severe, you can first use an antipruritic, such as 1% dyclonine cream. If the area is damp and sweaty, you can apply powder externally. The above is whether tinea cruris can be cured. The treatment in life is mainly based on the treatment that appears abnormal. It is the same. In daily life, you must pay attention to dietary adjustment, care and prevention. Then you can eat more vegetables and fruits. These are not absolute. Eat some spicy and irritating foods and don’t eat fish and shrimp. Therefore, early detection and early treatment are better. |
