Ascaris is a common intestinal disease and it mainly infects the abdomen and can produce some pathological symptoms. It is also relatively common in children. It is mainly caused by children's unhygienic conditions. The main route of infection is pollution and some unhygienic diet. Its pathogenicity is mainly due to the difference between the larval stage and the adult stage. The symptoms and some pathological causes of the two periods are different, so they must be distinguished. The larval stage mainly produces fever, cough, asthma and some clinical symptoms of asthma. The adult stage mainly causes symptoms of loss of appetite, vomiting and some intermittent pain complications around the navel, which will cause some urethral, genital and other intestinal diseases. Larval stage disease: clinical symptoms such as fever, cough, asthma, bloody sputum, and increased proportion of eosinophils in the blood may occur. Pathogenesis in the adult stage: A. Patients often experience loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and intermittent pain around the umbilicus. B. Symptoms such as urticaria, skin itching, angioedema, and conjunctivitis may occur. C. Sudden right upper abdominal colic, radiating to the right shoulder, back and lower abdomen. The pain intensifies intermittently and is accompanied by nausea, vomiting, etc. The diagnosis can be confirmed by detecting worm eggs in the patient's feces. For patients whose feces do not contain worm eggs but whose clinical manifestations are suspected of ascariasis, anthelmintic therapeutic diagnosis can be used, and identification can be made based on the morphology of the worms excreted by the patient. Patients suspected of having pulmonary ascariasis or hypersensitivity pneumonitis caused by ascaris larvae can be diagnosed by examining ascariae in their sputum. In severe cases, it can cause malnutrition, intellectual and developmental disorders, and sometimes emotional restlessness, irritability, teeth grinding, itching and convulsions; some patients may experience allergic reactions, such as angioedema, intractable urticaria, etc.; sometimes it can also cause biliary ascariasis, ascariasis intestinal obstruction and intestinal perforation, peritonitis and other serious complications. The above are the phenomena and symptoms of having roundworms in the stomach, including fever, cough, asthma and some clinical symptoms of asthma, loss of appetite, vomiting and some intermittent pain near the navel. If you find such diseases in daily life, you must conduct auxiliary examinations in time. At the same time, you must pay attention to anthelmintic treatment in daily life. You must maintain a good attitude and believe that it can be treated. |
